The Expanded PTFE (ePTFE) Gasket is a soft, microporous sealing material manufactured from pure PTFE resin through a unique expansion process. It combines the excellent chemical inertness and temperature resistance of PTFE with unique flexibility and high compressibility recovery.

Excellent Sealability: The soft, fibrous, and microporous structure allows it to conform to irregular flange surfaces, creating an effective seal, especially under low bolt stress and low-pressure conditions.
Superior Chemical Resistance: Resistant to virtually all aggressive chemicals, including strong acids, alkalis, solvents, and oxidizers.
Wide Temperature Range: Suitable for continuous service from -240°C to +260°C, with short-term peaks up to +300°C.
Aging Resistance & Long Service Life: Inherently stable PTFE material resists aging, ensuring a long service life.
High Flexibility & Recovery: Easy to install and remove, maintaining a good seal even after stress relaxation.
Pure Material & Non-Contaminating: Made from 100% PTFE without binders or additives. Clean and non-contaminating, ideal for high-purity industries like food, pharmaceutical, and semiconductor.
