Our Expanded PTFE Flange Gasket Tape is specifically engineered for flange sealing applications. Manufactured from 100% pure PTFE resin through a unique stretching and expansion process, it forms a porous, soft, tape-form gasketing material. Free from adhesives and plasticizers, its distinctive micro-fibrous network provides exceptional conformability, high compression recovery, and unparalleled chemical inertness. This tape can be easily cut to shape on-site, serving as a high-performance gasket for various flange connections. It effectively replaces traditional PTFE sheet gaskets and rubber gaskets, offering reliable sealing, especially under corrosive media, thermal cycling, and low bolt stress conditions.
